Although it’s been around for millennia, “storytelling” has somehow become a vague business buzzword. And yet, according to the 2024 Content Design Skills Report from Catbird Content, it’s the single most important skill we can build for more impactful work.
Why? Good stories are good design. By working through simple narrative arcs, you can better articulate concepts, design flows, present work, and even drive change in your organization.
In this session, you will:
- Hear how Alli used storytelling to improve the design process at Mastercard.
- See concrete examples of how storytelling can shape your content design artifacts.
- Learn how to harness your problem-solving skills to become a great storyteller.
