Meet your speakers

Meet Jordan Craig, Head of UX Writing, Horizontal-Search Generative Experience at Google.

Jordan is skilled in content design, traditional and digital marketing and commercial production. She has exceptional expertise in crafting voice and tone style guides, brand guidelines and training large language models. Prior to joining Google, Jordan led the content design team at Twitter as the Director of Content Design. She has also provided strategic direction to numerous nonprofits and associations such as Pan American Health Organization, Public Broadcasting Service, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture.

Meet Angela Pham, Head of Content Design at DoorDash.

Angela leads the user experience for consumers, Dashers, and merchants. Before that she spent 6 years at Meta to form strategies for millions across Reels, Stories, and Feed. She’s based in Manhattan, where her primary time vampires are walking her dog and oversubscribing to Substacks.
