Joanne Teasdale Harvey is a Director of Content Experience at Salesforce. Joanne began her career in tech as a Technical Writer. As her role evolved to include content strategy and content design she transitioned into people management, supplemented by a short stint as an HR Manager. Joanne specializes in the product content space and building and supporting teams of serious content enthusiasts. Her team members share a passion for problem-solving, communicating clearly, and promoting self-service. Joanne champions curiosity and personal development and loves an animated team discussion about emerging content trends and their potential.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys reading, running, five-minute crafts, travelling, long ambles with her golden retriever, trying to engage her teenage sons in conversation, and watching Wes Anderson or Christopher Guest movies.
