Shannon Leahy has worked at the intersection of words, strategy, design, and people for more than 15 years. Currently, she is a senior content design manager at Capital One. She calls Richmond, Virginia home, and organizes meetups for local and global content and UX communities.
Lily Rutman leads content design for DoorDash’s fast-growing ads business. At DoorDash, she drives A/B content testing to improve the user experience, reinforce content guidelines and standards, and build a library of learnings that can be used by all. She’s also co-building a 0→1 internal content tool to make content creation faster and more streamlined.
Kristina Halvorson (Button Emcee) is the CEO and founder of Brain Traffic, the coauthor of Content Strategy for the Web, and the founder of the Confab and Button conferences. She is also the host of The Content Strategy Podcast.
